Fredericksburg/Stafford Weight Loss Group Support Meeting will be held on March 11th  (Wednesday, 03/11/09) at  7:00 p.m. – 8:30 p.m at:

This meeting is open to anyone who wants to know more about weight loss surgery or considering the surgery and want to talk to people who have had it, to people who are scheduled for gastric bypass surgery and to people who have had the surgery. If you had the surgery some time ago and want to get back on track with encouragement – then this meeting is for you!  No cost, no negativity – no weighing - only positive encouragement!

Welcome to 2009! This is a new year, a new start and an opportunity to take control of your weight and your life once again!!!! Come to your local support group! Everyone is there for you! It is your meeting - get the most out of it!

Come join us Wednesday 11th to discuss what we are all doing to stay successful and to play the NEWLY FED GAME hosted by Sue Baker!  This game is tremendous fun and an educational too! Let’s see how much you know and how much you learn! We have prizes too!!  We will also have some OH magazines and some free proteins and samples for you al to take away with you….
