Today is taking it fairly easy. Getting the rest and trying to eat like I should. Still having some problems but will make it through it and waiting to go to the Doctor on Wensday have asked Kat to go with me. I will be doing some walking outside later. Went walking with Kat and the girls yesterday and boy am I sore today but got to keep going. Keeping all of you in my prayers.

Even though you are sore...push through. You need to get into a DAILY routine. Make a meal plan and shop only according to that and make an agenda or to-do list every day that includes exercise time. I know if you stay determined you can do it.

Good afternoon, I'm abit late I came home yesterday evening from my son's house in York Pa. and today I got the girls up and off to school, tried laying down for a bit but looked at the dust collecting on my bedroom suit made me get up and start cleaning. Today I am going to take the girls to the park and enjoy this weather.
I will be leaving for Florida on Wednesday morning to do the flowers for my nieces wedding so I have alot of things to do in the meantime.

Welcome back! I missed your smiling face. Hope you had a great time with your son. How was the weather up there? I know what you mean about the dust. It has been hard but I have had to let mine build up some and have Steve and Kara take care of it for me. I am off of my allergy meds until I am done breast feeding and I am highly allergic to dust. They have been doing a pretty good job though. We are planning a walk this evening...at least I am and then I will drag them with me! I also would like to get to bed fairly early and try and make up for at least some of that hour we lost over the weekend. Have a great time in Florida. I wish I were going with you! I will be taking a trip in June after school lets out for a week or so. Not sure if we are driving or flying...will have to start checking some rates!

Hi everyone,
This weekend was busy...between ushering at ball games, visiting with friends and taking care of a neighbors cat.
This morning was harder to get up than yesterday. Thankfully I can sleep in a bit o Monday mornings. The first stop was the gym where I rode the bike and worked on the total gym. Then it was off to work. Work was busy and was able to get alot accomplished. At home for the night...chillin.
Tuesday will call for work and then ushering at Jesus Christ Superstar. Looking forward to the second part of my day.
