I am having a life again....
It includes travel!! I am so excited. I am going to Florida in May with my mom for my Youngest Cousin's High School Graduation. I have not been back since the Christmas after Saji was born. Almost my whole family lives down there. I was born there. When I was on the plane, the last time too, I could barley fit in the sit and had to use a seatbelt extender.
And I may be going to San Deigo for a week in July. My mom's job is having their RA convention out there this year and I will be working it. I am very excited!
It has been over 5 years since I have really traveled. I can not wait!

How exciting. Sometimes it's the small things that make this journey so rewarding. I know that I tried to not let weight get in the way of living my life, BUT it did get in the way of me enjoying my life!! I have tickets to go see my sister in Austin in August and I am looking forward to not spending the weeks before dreading if I am going to fit in the seat or have to ask for a seat belt extender!

Oh Melissa!! What a great time you'll have and what fun trips to look forward to! I hear ya on the seat belt extender. We're flying to London the first week of April to meet up with our daughter who's studying abroad in Brussels. And, my one big wish is to not ask for a seat belt extender!! Crossing fingers I've lost enough weight!!
