Hey...  seems there are a few "Jills" here in VA.... lol... just wanted to give you a gentle hug and a smile and tell you that I know the heart ache you are feeling.  I want you to know you can contact me anytime you want to chat/speak.  I have been through a lot myself with the struggles of weight over the years.   I come on the VA wl board sporadically...but have had a lot of support in many ways for the past few years.  Had my surgery in May of 05.  Moved to VA in July of this past year.    PLEASE do reasearch this, as others have said.   Its not in any way an easy way out, but it also is a tool that many of us do need in order to reach our goals.  You do need to follow your doctors and others advice when given.
