5 months post op
I'm definatly slowing down in the weight loss, but it's steady at 8-10 pounds a month...certainly more then I was able to do on my own preop. I'm down a total of 90lbs...70 since surgery. I'm very pleased. I haven't been this size in over 10 years. I updated some pics.
I started to let too many carbs back into my diet during February and only lost 5 lbs., but I'm back on track now...it's still work...like everyone says the surgery is only a tool.
I don't post much, but I do read the posts everyday to check on everyone :)

You look great. I messed up in Feb. too and didnt loss what I felt like I should have. But im back on track too. Im starting a yoga class tomorrow at the YMCA.
I looked at Walmart for that drink and they were out of stock. I will look tonight at the other walmart and hopefully I will find it.

You are looking fabulous! And you are doing great. Kudos for realizing that you goofed up and fixing the problem. That's the biggest hurdle to get over! Miss you posting!!!
