Welcome to Tuesday!
Well, this is going to be an interesting day for me. I have an appointment with my surgeon and I plan on confronting him about his disappearing act. I feel that his lack of follow up care thus far would make it impossible for me to recommend him to anyone. I think he did a great job prior to and with my surgery. Heck, I had an open RNY and I only have a 3 1/2 inch scar...that is pretty darn good. Anyway, I hope I don't chicken out.

Life could not get any better than this!
This morning began with stopping at a coffee spot for a cuppa. Then it was off to work. Work went well but there is still a weird feeling in the air with the two layoffs that happened last week and the agency restructuring to meet budget and program needs.
After work I stopped at the Virginia Shop to buy a present for a neighbor who is moving to Michigan. The neighbor's boy was practicing his shoveling, for when they hit the big snows. Then it was home to pay bills and get on the puter.
My part time job called and have me scheduled to work the last UVA Men's Basketball game on Saturday and at the production of Jesus Christ Superstar next Tuesday. I am excited about seeing the musical, or at least hearing the music. There are many concerts coming up, which I hope to usher for.
On Wednesday I am scheduled to have a pap smear. This will be the first time since having a knee replacement. Hope that I can stay in those darn stirrups. Then it will be off to work.
