I'm pre-op, but I'm diabetic, so I've been doing protein shakes and smoothies a lot. I've had my Magic Bullet for a couple years now, and I LOVE it! I love being able to mix up a single cup of something and mix it up right in the cup - my blender is a bigger pain to clean, and I usually end up making too much because a single serving doesn't look like much when it's in my blender.
