House update!
Well the price comparisons are done and it seems we have made an acceptable offer. The 2nd bank has said they are accepting our offer & it has moved to the official approval process. Nothing from the 1st bank yet but our realtor says from her experience that bank will more than likely accept also. Hopefully we will hear something in the next week or two.
