Today is another fun-filled day at wor****il 5 then home to grab some dinner and get Kara settled. Then Steve and I are off to the hospital for a class until 9. Hopefully it will be bed as soon as we get home!

Life could not get any better than this!
Today, I am going to go to Jackie's a do some more cleaning , and laundry until 1 as the girls get out of school early toda y. Tonight the girls have Awana's so we will eating an early supper then off to church. Hubby is in Strasburg, Va. for awhile, as his sister got ill and needed help with her grandchildren, so off he went around 8 last night.

On a different note, while I had a most bestest time with Lisa, I had to call Matt & Nino to come get me. I'm thinking my driving days are pretty near over, which really sux, as I love my independence. But for the safety of others & myself, I guess it has to be that way. My pacemaker was working on overtime all day yesterday & that's probably why I haven't been sleeping well the past few nights. Then this morning I woke up ABSOLUTELY MISSERABLE! I now have confirmation from my dentist, that I have an absessed tooth. I'm on antibiotics, percocet for pain (God, I love those things!!) & she assured me that after a few doses of the antibiotic, I should be feeling much better. Getting back to the decision to stop driving, I was really concerned that if I was needing to be paced that much, I just can't risk getting zapped as well. But thank goodness I have a wonderful chauffeur in Matt. Ok, even I can see that I'm starting to ramble...percocet must be kicking in...lol. As I told Matt, God found a way to finally shut me up for at least a little while...lol.
Tammy-kins, sounds like you're in your nesting mode. Gosh, I remember those days. I'll have you know that I have personally kitchen-tested every single cookie, cake, candy, pie, & dessert recipe in the red & white checked Betty Crocker cook book! I started getting phone calls from my then Marine hubby's co-worker's wives, asking me to hurry up & have the baby...they're husbands were getting fat! I didn't eat a single thing I made, but it sure was fun making it all. And while I'm chatting with you right now, I'm afraid I'm not going to be able to make your shower after all. With these kinds of infections, the stupid absess, I need to be careful because of the heart stuff, so I'm not leaving home the rest of this week. I do, however, have a box of goodies for Miss Claire that I'll be sending this week. I'll PM you when it's on it's way.
Courtney, my Love, I just happen to have a very large 4-drawer filing cabinet in my garage that's in need of some TLC...feel free if you're still bored....LOL.
Betty, I just love that you keep coming here with more good news on Jackie's progress. But ditto what Tammy said...be sure to take care of you too.
If I'm forgetting anyone, I appologize...blame it on the drugs!! Love to all!!

Sorry to hear that you have yet another infection...but glad you have found a dentist that you like and can go back to! I am also glad you have a good chauffer in Matt and that Nino can help, too. Hopefully the pacemaker will continue to do it's job! Glad you had a nice lunch with Lisa...she deserves the time out! Yep, I am sure I am in nesting mode...it is just way too strange for me. I am usually on the go non stop and to be so tired and resting/vegging so much is weird to me. Oh well...as long as I get my energy back at some point! I am sorry that you won't be able to make the shower...I was looking forward to seeing you but I do understand. We will just have to arrange something different soon! Take care, enjoy the meds and get better soon!

Happy Wednesday to you....
Today began with a stop at the gym. I was able to ride the bike and get on the total gym to work on knee bending. Then it was to the bank and then to work.
At work, everyone was stressed due to the restructuring going on. In a couple weeks I will be working a Tuesday thru Saturday schedule. Now I have a three day weekend!!! YaaHoo!!!
Looking forward to the FFP Meet and Greet on Saturday. Vinny's, here we come!
