Welcome to Tuesday!
Our Monday was typical. Lots of work and a long day but all-in-all it was a nice day. Steve made me lunch and brought it to work and I left at a decent time. He went with me for the PM biling round so it went much nicer. I love having company! We got home and watched a movie and had dinner then to bed kind of early. Nothing special...but just what I needed!
As for today it is work and home. Again, no special plans. I have some to-do list items to cross off and some laundry to get done. Hopefully there will be lots of family time tis evening. It's funny...I never realized how much I missed it when it wasn't happening as much...now I thrive on it!

Life could not get any better than this!
Today, I get to make my first business trip. I am heading to Minneapolis today. Tomorrow I have my first in person presentation. I am a little nervous about eating and how I might feel. Tommow is going to be the longest day yet since my surgery. Presentation from 8:30 til 12:30, meeting with clients afterward and then I don't get home until midnight. It is gonna make for a long day but I am excited to get back in my groove.
I will be praying for you...remember to snack when you can to keep your blood sugar regulated. If you do not have a medical id bracelet...please get one asap. With the amount of traveling you do for work it is a necessity! You may also consider protein shakes to aide since you are having such long days. Not sure of your doc permits it or not. Let me know if you want some snack ideas and i'll see what I can come up with. I am anxious to know how things go for you and I will be praying.
Yep...Kara is 14 now and not usually into the family/snuggling time but lately she has done quite a bit of it. I am grateful for the time and cherish every minute of it. I only wish there were more hours in the day so I could enjoy more of it! Tonight she has asked if we can have movie time again...so off to blockbuster we go after work! It is a small price to pay for the time with her and Steve.

Jackie came home on Saturday night, and today I am taking her to the dr. at 10:30 . She is still in alot of pain but that is expected. It's going to be awhile before she feels like her old self again.
I will be praying for you all that are traveling today and of course for you Tammy and our little Claire and your family.
I sure love my family on this board, you are all an inspiration to me. Where would I be without you all and the Lord.

Nothing really planned for this evening so we shall see what happens. Probably a trip to the store for some odds & ends we need then home for a quiet evening. Probably tune in to Idol. Hope you have a great one!
