Happy Half Way Day!
Me? Tuesday went OK. I worked only 2/3 of the day and then went for my 33 weeks checkup. All looks good and we should be straight for another two weeks. After that, I start my weekly visits. I was not feeling good at all when I got home so it was to bed I went. Although I did not sleep I was able to rest and lay still which is what I think I needed.
Now, I am up waiting for Steve to go to work. He is having one of those days where if I go back to sleep then chances are good he will fall asleep on the sofa or get back into bed after I fall bacl asleep and then he will miss work. Being a contractor...if he misses it then he is fired...no second chances and with the situation with his day job right now...we just can't let that happen. Otherwise, we don't eat! I am hoping to get a little sleep before officially starting my day.
For the rest of the day it will be wor****il 5 for me and trying to schedule some appointments for Steve and Kara with some followups. Other than that I have one load of laundry waiting and dinner to cook. I plan on taking it as easy as I can. I am not feeling 100% and I know I only have a few more weeks until I will be a walking zombie with zero sleep!
I hope today at work allows me time to catch up on all of the posts....
Have a happy, safe and blessed day!

I sitting here looking at sleet pouring out of the sky. I am getting ready for work, then home for my yummy tube feeding and will be finishing up my night by heading to St Marys hospital to go to the weight loss seminar with my friend and her husband. I am so excited. Her husband has finally decided to have the surgery. He needs it so bad and I know this is going to save his life. I feel honored that they want me to help them through this process. I hope Dr. Hutcher is there tonight. I know they switch out doctors.
Tomorrow I decided to let Alex skip school and go to the circus. He hasn't missed any days yet, so this is a true treat to him. He has never been and I am excited myself.
Hope everyone has a great day and if you are driving in this crummy weather, be safe!

I am feeling somewhat better now...I have had my cuppa and am alert and working. Trying to stay focused but staring out the window at the snow mkes that difficult!
Have a good time at the seminar. I will be at the hospital as well...right across from your seminar room! I have a baby class down the same hall! I have to be there at 6. I will be praying for your friend and her husband.
Have a fabulous time at the circus. I was going to take Kara and Adam but with his psycho mother still on the rampage we are not going. Kara is sad and just not interested...so we will go next year instead.
You be/drive safe, too. Have a fabulous day!

I have been watching it snow...but it is turing to rain now. I adore the snow so it does not make me happy! You will get the new hair do thing for a while...some folks are scared to say something if they think you are losing weight. Then one day it will be so dramatic that everyone will comment on it. Not getting in the full 64oz is common. Are you drinking protein supplements? You can count that as part of your 64oz if you are. Also, remember if you are having SF popsicles or pudding or broth.soup you can count that as part of the liquid, too. You are probably getting in more than you think. Keep up the good work!

Life could not get any better than this!
This morning when I got up, my knee was very sore and stiff. Took meds and layed down to see if the pain would lessen. The pain was still intense, so I called in. Meds, ice and elivation are the call of the day.
Did hear sleet against the windows last night, but no snow here. I would heart to see some snow falling. Now all we have are clouds.
The day will call for picking up meds and nursing my knee. No more vans for awhile, or I need to figure out another way to get into one. The surgical knee needs more strength. Gym, here I come.
On Thursday I am meeting my prayer group as one of the ladies' husbands will be having a knee replacement on Monday...same surgeon as I. Then it will be off to work.
For Friday, I have a dental appointment, work out at the gym, and working the Larry and the Cable Guy event at JPJ. I hope that the crowd behaves themselves.
Have a great day...
Cindy
