Good Morning!  How was your weekend?  Ours...Fabulous!

After having one of the BEST Valentine's Days EVER we went into an extremely busy Sunday.  Got a lot accomplished and had room to relax in the evening with friends and watch the race.  I was a bit disappointed and really dislike rain shortened races but hey...it is only the first race of the season!  Got to bed late and here I am, up at 12:50 getting ready to go to work with Steve and hopefully get a jump on the billing.  Once done I will leave again and go back to the dealers that are not open yet and complete the billing.  Squirt (Kara's puppy) has an appointment at the vet's today for round two of her shots and I have to get to Costco, fill up the van and the truck with gas, grab some groceries, fix a nice family dinner (since I am off from work today), laundry and cleaning.  I also need to get Kara to the pediatrician's office for a recheck from the accident and to call our PCP and get Steve in as well.  They both need followup.  Sometimes I make myself all tuckered out just reading what I need to do but at least this way I have a "list" and I can check things off and feel accomplished.  I am praying for an uneventful day and to be able to get to bed early.  I have been so busy that I have not even looked at the weather so I will either be walking on the treadmill or in the neighborhood...depending on the temps.  I do need to get some e mails out and respond to some others.  I WILL be making time for that today also.

Good morning all!  Tam, i swear you make me feel like a slacker!  I too have the day off today.  heading out the gym, food store, taking sarah to babysit and that's IT!  nothing else planned but lots to do around the house.  I hope you all have a safe and beautiful day!  lys

Good morning everyone! Had a great weekend and fabulous Valentines day. Usually we just spend the day together and relax. We have a no gift rule and just enjoy each other. Well this year I took Alex to the movies with another friend and his mom and when I came home the house was full of tea light candles and he made a canopy of red and pink crate paper that was gorgeous with balloons and rose petals. My heart melted. Well latter that night after Alex was asleep he brought me back into the living room and had our wedding song on. He got down on one knee and pulled out a small white gold ring and asked me to renew or vows for our 10th wedding anniversary. He tracked down the priest that did our ceremony and contacted our church and set all the details up. I have never been more surprised in my life. This time its only going to be him and me, Alex my parents and sister and his mom. Last time was over 200 people and I did not want that. I am so excited!

Today I am off work and going to take Alex over to Swaders to play mini golf, go carting, mini bowling and arcade games. He should have a blast. The boy is still sleeping though!
