Angie made it!

Angie (Angela S.) had her surgery with Dr.Bautista yesterday! She was originally scheduled for surgery at 1:30 but after one thing and another...and another...she didn't end up having it until around 7:00! And you know you can't eat or drink anything that day so I can't imagine that was fun.

I went and saw her this afternoon and she's doing well. She was up and walking her laps when I was there. She's in some pain, but her biggest problem right now is the nausea. Dr. Bautista said everything went perfectly. She's not sure when she'll get to come home.

She really appreciated all of your good wishes and support. I told her that y'all were awesome like that Thanks for all of them!

I am so glad she is up and moving. Poor thing. No food all day and her nerves must have been a wreck. Welcome to the losers bench Angie!

You guys are GREAT!!!  I'm home now. I'm still in some pain, but we're going to see what Tylenol does for it, instead of perkasets(I know I spelled that wrong) Anyway THANKS SO MUCH for the well wishes and prayers.I'm doing fine and I'm at my own home.  Angie

Hey Angie!! Welcome home, sweetie!!

I wish you luck with the Tylenol, but don't be surprised if you need the percocet after all.  With my vast experience in taking percocet, I'd like to suggest that you ask your dr. for a Rx for phenergan...it's a very good drug that works wonders on counteracting the nausea.

Again, welcome you LOSER, you!! LOL!!

Hugs!
Ann
