One year picture taken today

Well folks today I went for my one year checkup and was very pleased with the results. My blood work was great. I am on maintance now and I don't want to lose any more weight. I am happy  going from a size 28 to  my new size 6/8. They took my picture so when I get it back I will put the before and after one on. My year is Feb. 18, 2008 but they took me in today.
I am so happy that I am consider normal now and no more obese. I thank God for helping me and all those who posted and help me  in my weight loss. Dr. Clark is an excellent Dr.and so is his staff.
