I bought a "dance off the inches" (country line dance) dvd at BJ's this weekend. the house is quiet.  I've secretly always wanted to know how to country line dance, so i'm going to throw that sucker in and "dance off the inches"  LOL.  thought you guys would like a chuckle.   lys

What a great idea, Lys!   Sounds like a much more fun way to exercise than some of those other exercise tapes!  Fulfill that dream and lose inches!  Boot skootin' boogie!!! LOL  I love it!

I used to teach line dancing!  I started when I was at about 320 lbs and got down to 260 doing it.  I had classes two nights a week, both for line dancing and two stepping.  It is fabulous, fun exercise!  Have a blast with it and once you have it "mastered" we can go out dancing one night!
