finally 100 pounds gone

I can't wait to see you. I have missed the last 4 monthly meeting because I was either out of town or sick and forgot once. I hope to go in March. I am now at 85pds. and it has slowed down very very slow. I need to start to excerise because I feel that it would help me but my fatigue from my fibro has really got me down and I just have not been able to do it. You will reach your goal before you know it.
