Breakfast
Everyone has great ideas for breakfast. I think cheese is a great idea - any kind, including mozzerella (string), cottage, ricotta or a mixture of cottage and ricotta with a little jam mixed in. Any of these can be eaten plain or with some whole wheat crackers or toast. I have also been known to have pudding for breakfast, either protein pudding or the instant kind made with 1% milk and a scoop of protein powder added. Good luck and keep experimenting!

I have a few times a week cream of wheat or grits. I add milk ( low fat lactaid) & plain protien in it, add some SF sweetner if you like. Sometimes add part of a banana or a few strawberries.
Interesting bit I just learned regular bacon is better than turkey bacon. The book " Eat this not that"
Add low fat cheese to your eggs or veggies. Know what you mean eggs can get tiring.

I am a big fan of the Fage Greek Yogurt, I go with the 2%. It is lower in sugar than the fat free. But I can afford a little extra fat in my diet since I am a machine. :)
I mix it with Bear Naked Granola, the Pure Protein mix. And as others have said some Splenda.
Some morning I od cottage cheese and some oatmeal.
When I am in an absolute pinch I sometimes grab an Atkins Protein Bar.
Bottom line: you gotta eat breakfast if you want to be be healthy with your new stomach. You need the fuel and it'll keep you from eating too much later. Even though you can't fathom it now, your stomach will keep stretching, so you have to start building the good habits now while your baby stomach will keep you on the straight path!
