Sorry I missed you last night, but wasn't up to the drive. Hopefully next month.
I found out the hard way yesterday that Light and Lively, fat free/with aspertane will make me dump!! Was lucky that I didn't get the shakes or sweating, but, wooo the stomach cramps, etc.!!
I didn't read the label before, seeing it had aspertane in it figured it was sugar free ( ITS NOT) had 15 gm of sugar- won't eat that again. Otherwise everything I have eaten goes down well and sits well. So don't worry, looks like when you least expect it............. you can dump!!
Congrats on your weight loss, thats awesome!! Keep up the great work.
