Good Morning

I posted here a few days ago and was so happy to get positive feedback.  My RNY was nearly 4 years ago and I have lost only 70 pounds.  Being discouraged, I gave up.  Jan. 19 I decided to give it another go.  Unfortunately, I haven't been successful.  Although I haven't gained any weight, I haven't lost any either.  It seems as if I just can't get into gear to get back on track.

This is the most positive forum I've found.
Thanks for reading my post.

Hi & Welcome to the board!!!!!  Good to hear you are ready to give it another go & get back on track.  It does take time & effort so don't get discouraged already.  Have you gone back the basics?  Your pouch is a tool, work it!!  Best to you as you conquer this!

Welcome back!  As Courtney has stated...your pouch is a tool and you need to work it.  Are you getting in your vitamins, protein and enough water?  Are you consuming anything that you know is not the best choices?  Have you tried the five day pouch test?  You CAN make this work again.  It may be hard and you may have to give up some things you have become accustomed to...but with faith...all things are possible!  I am here if you need a buddy to talk to.  We are similar in time out since surgery.  In a few weeks I will be back on the "want to lose it" bench.

Welcome to the board, and and as the ladies stated, you have the tool now to help you with the weight loss,. and I"m so happy that you decided to get back on track.... And post and let us know how you do and if you need any advice the girls who have been out for several years( I'm sure )can help you through this. I'll be out only 1 year on Feb. 18, so I can't give any advice on this.
I will put you on my prayer list and continue to pray daily for you that the lbs. start to come off again.
