Tylenol?
I no longer want to take the liquid percocet but I'm still in a decent amount of pain. I want just regular tylenol. The only things in liquid I could find at the drug store were full of sugar and I'm terrified of dumping. Any particular thing out there I can take.??

Can you swallow pills yet? I take the rapid release tylenol (Costco brand) and they work great. Ask the pharmicist and they can help you find things for diabetics without sugar, too. Check to see what your surgeon recommends but my office only allows tylenol products. No advil or ibuprofin at all...it can irritate the pouch and cause a hole to form.

Life could not get any better than this!
I can swallow pills just fine. I just didn't know if we shouldn't for some reason. I bought rapid releases and just took 2. We'll see how they do. :) I never want to take a narcotic again. Yuck. The liquid route was just terrible. They had not one sugar free variety. Not one. I think I'll be giving the pharmacies in my area a call and telling them that there are diabetics and WLS people out here and we can't take sugary syrup.
