My Bariatric Program closed...Where can I go now?
So, My doctor shut his doors December 30th . That means my support groups are over as well. I need to find one that is close to my home in Fredericksburg, Va...I went to see a new Doc Tuesday in Woodbridge, I am not sure I liked him. I feel that the office is overwhelmed with the patients from Fredericksburg. I can't blam them. So, if anyone could help me that would be great.. THANKS

Hi, I feel your despair- I run a support group in Fredericksburg on the 2nd Wednesday of every month - if you PM me with your email address I will add you to my list and and and you information on each meeting. We are now moving to new premises at the Free Lance Star Building......

Good luck finding a new surgeon and support group. Jackie's group is great! You also have us on the boards as well. We are not going anywhere!

Life could not get any better than this!
Just wanted to second the recommendation for Dr. Tran & Dr. Halmi at Bluepoint Surgical. I was concerned that everything would be backlogged when the Mary Washington Program ended, but things are still flowing smoothly. My surgery isn't until 2/23, but everything so far has gone smoothly. I especially like Britney, the nutritionist, she seems very knowledgable and easy to talk to!
