Hi guys! It is finally here. Tomorrow is my day. My surgery is scheduled for 9:30am. It has been a roller coaster of emotions. Last night I wrote "love letters" to my family so I am feeling less scared now that they know how much they mean to me.

I want to take a few moments to express my thanks for how supportive everyone is here on OH. I have asked so many questions and I folks always reply. This is a genuine environment for helping others. This has been such a blessing to me. Thank you all so much

I only hope that I can pay it forward and help others too as I learn more about this journey.

You beat me to this! I came on here right now just to post this for you! I know you will do great. I am hoping to get down your way next month so we can officially meet. Good luck Sharon. Will be thinking of you and keeping you in my prayers. I wish you a speedy recovery. A bit of advise from one who is "brand new", definitely walk as much as you are allowed, it makes everything easier. You'll do great!!! Let us know how you are as soon as you can.
