Hey everyone!!! I hope you are all finding yourselves doing great this Wednesday. It's cold and dreary here today and I am home with my 7 year old who has strep. I had my 6 month post op appointment and Dr. Krieger took pics which I have posted on my profile for any who are interested. I have to say I am extremely pleased with the results. If you are looking to have PS Dr. K is the one to go to. He and his staff were both professional and caring. Love them all!!!. I also got my bellybutton pierced. Oh forgot to add that you need to be my friend to see the pics. Just shoot me a request.

You are looking FABULOUS! I am hoping to have plastics next year (I know...long time away but I want to breast feed as long as I can and get back to my pre-pregnancy weight after she is born) and will most definately be traveling to NoVA to see Dr. K. Thanks for sharing your results. Very inspiring!

Who is Dr. K? Is he very good? Sounds like you are doing great and have lots of knowledge of the whole WL experience. I always enjoy reading your post. Can you tell me where to go to get more info, on Dr, K. Thank you so much for your reply.

I know you can see review on him here on OH as well. Go to Find a Surgeon and then click on plastic. You will need to scroll all the way down to virginia. Hope this helps in your journey!!

Not sure about when folks decide to see a PS but my surgeons office says no plastics until at least 2 years post op and most PS say to be at a stable weight for a minimum of 18 months. For insurance...you need to be at a stable weight for at least 18 months for most policies and have "issues". I have been ready for a long time...just did not have the $$$ for my part and wanted to be able to run with it in case insurance does actually approve!
