Water question
Not a problem. That stuff is a killer, and I never considered my addiction (2 packs to a 20 oz bottle, many times a day) to be an issue, but it really has been. So, I've cut back to only 2 - 3 packs total a day to 150 oz of water total all day. Hoping to cut it out completely.
Plus...it's expensive. I was averaging over $10.00 a week on the cheap Crystal Light and now it's a pain, cause you can't find the Peach Tea (my addiction), so I'll just give it up.
I've even started making my own yogurt, bread, almond butter, roasted red peppers, hummas, yogurt cheese , grilling my own chicken for sandwiches (instead of buying the big bag of pre-grilled from COSTCO) and making other dips and salsa just to avoid the chemicals that I don't need. It all started with corn fructose syrup (can someone PLEASE explain to me why it is needed in grilled chicken strips????). I even made a big batch of meatballs and put them in the freezer for quick meals.
So, I spend Sunday's cooking and I already feel better.
