I have a surgery date
Hi Everyone!
With the holidays and I haven't been able to post or read for a while.
I received insurance approval last week and received a surgery date of 2/23. I guess I was under the impression getting insurance approval was the hard part. Now I realized it's scheduling and completing all of the pre-surgical clearances. I glad to have to do them, as it makes me feel that surgery is safer b/c of it, but it's a pain to try to schedule them especially with 3 young boys. I did my nutritional seminar yesterday and was really pleased with all of the support that is provided. I have a much clearer picture of my dietary requirements after surgery.
While I'm still a little apprehensive, I am excited to start this journey!
