Want to go to the Inauguration on Tuesday?

 Hi everyone,

 I live in Northern VA and have 2 tickets to the Inauguration on Tuesday.  My husband is in Iraq, and I have no one to go with! :(  I wondered if there was anyone in the Northern VA (or anywhere in VA for that matter) that wants to meet up and go together.  No this is not just going on a whim like so many, I was actually given 2 tickets given by my senators office that I am picking up tomorrow.  I would think that we'd meet up around 8:00am and meet at a Metro station in Falls Church or Arlington.  

Im also entertaining the thought of going down to the HBO concert at the Lincoln Memorial tomorrow that is free starting at 2:30pm, since Ill be down there picking up my tickets.  U2, Beyonce, Bruce Springsteen, and lots of other big names.  

Oh that sounds fun. I will have my son though.  My girls are going with my mom.  She got three tickets through her work.  I am so happy for them!!!  I hope you can find someone!!

I wish!!!!!  I live in Richmond and would LOVE to go, but I have court in the morning and afternoon.  :(

WOW! What an amazing offer.  I wish I could go.  If I wasn't already taking so much time off for my RNY next week, I would really take you up on your offer. I would love to be there when history is made.  I took my daughter to Clinton's inauguration.  Please post and let us know how it felt to be there.
