What Are YOU Doing To Move Today???

Good Morning Freezing Virginians.....

Man it's cold out there!  It's the type of day where you want to stay in, bundled up with a nice fire, and a good book.  Sounds, great...doesn't it?

Well.....get your activity in first and then you can do what ever you want to do today.  In fact, if you get your blood pumping, your body will naturally warm up and stay warm for a few hours after that.

So...what are YOU doing to move today???

Me?  Well, today is normally a rest day for me, but since I've missed my last 2 workouts (Friday and Saturday) I'm hopping on the ellipticle and then doing my Biggest Loser Bootcamp dvd for about 20 minutes.  Nothing too difficult because tomorrow is weight day at the gym and I want to make sure that my muscles aren't over taxed.
