Yummy find!

I am not one to eat many protein bars...I usually just get the RTD and have at it but someone gave me a EAS Myoplex Lite chocolate chocolate chip bar and I had it this morning...it is yummo! I could not have these daily...too many calories and such but for a once or twice a month...it is a great fix for a chocolate craving and has 15 grams of protein! Just wanted to share.

Sounds very yummy. Will have to add to my "to try" list. I usally do not like protein bars. They all taste so gritty to me. How many calories and fat are in it? That is if you still have the wrapper.

Like I said...this will NOT be a regular thing for me! It is the texture of Rice Krispies. One bar is 1.9 oz, 190 calories and 3 grams of saturated fat. I will carry these with me for emergencies and to Busch Gardens next summer as my snack since they really don't sell anything healthy! I will be able to get a lot more into the park with having a cooler and a diaper bag! Yeah me!

I always smuggle something in...and they give free water so I am usually pretty good. Thankfully I do not need to eat too much and make do with what I can get in or pack a cooker. We are there at least twice a month so I need to do something! Let me know if you get a fun card or something...we can all go together and have an OH day. I know there are a lot of folks from this board that have passes! The fun card is pretty good...pay for one day and go thru labor day. Only catch it you have to pay to park. I have season passes so I park for free!

I love going to Busch gardens and the fact that this coming year I will be able to ride the roller coaster will be much nice.
I have tryed that protein bar and I really like it too.
I like to take the bars to the park and smuggle them in. I figure I put enough out in food for my family that my little protein bar shouldnt matter.
I hope to see you there. We go a lot during the spring and when it is not really hot. And this year we are getting the tickets to water country too. Should be fun.

I agree with you...I spend enough so that my protein bar should not really matter! I usually take in a baggie of cashews and almonds, too. Let me know when you are going. We have Platnum passes to Busch Gardens and Water Country and go to both all year long. We usually do 1/2 day at WC then move on over th BG. Let me know when you are going and we will try and meet you up there. I love the coasters...every one of 'em in the front seat if possible! I hope to go at the end of March just to walk around and see some shows when they open. I can't ride anything (will still be pregnant) but can still have a blast!
