THANK GOODNESS ITS FRIDAY YA'LL!

Good am,

How are ya'll doing? Good I hope. How was your Thursday? Ours was C H I L L Y! I was able to get several things accomplished but still have several things to do. I worked on chores, got some calls done (more answers YEAH ME!), got proof my hard work with my Gpa's situation paid off, busted rear on a few important To Do List items, got some laundry rolling, a few chores done, goodie bags made for the birthday party Sat, gifts wrapped, a grocery store run, homework, baths, dinner & a bit of TV before sliding into the King & working on conking out. One tense moment yesterday. My motherly instincts kicked in with worry. I "know" when the bus is getting here with K. Well, as usual I just went for the door & mentioned to Mom something just isn't right. She said "oh don't worry its just a few minutes late." I said "nope this is different something just isn't right." *I* was right. The bus had broken down!!! It was a tense 15 minutes. Thankfully the school is NOT far from us and another bus was soon there to finish the route. Kayla came to the door explaining it all. :P

What's on the books for your Friday & weekend? Today is seriously busting rear! SERIOUSLY WRAP UP FOLKS! FRIGID, FRIGID TEMPERATURES! I've got a To Do List THIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIS long! I'm stoked & looking forward to marking each thing off. Getting some work out of the way, mega chores, a few errands early on, a hopefully relaxing lunch time & getting everything done before this pm. Meeting some folks for a big to do this pm which will carry on for the pm into early am I'm sure. Then Saturday is errands and preparation for the birthday celebrations. Picking up cakes & any last minute items, setting things up, being nervous somewhat because of the surprises involved and then praying the party goes off without a hitch! Whew! Sat pm is clean up with lotsa cuppas involved (at least for me) then hopefully some relaxing. Sun will involve mostly inside activities due to the cool weather.

Some inspiration to pass along :)

TODAY - today is what life is all about.  When I desire for the future to arrive quickly, I become unable to savor today.  I can't live in tomorrow, and when I focus all my energies on the future, I shortchange today.  Likewise, fearing the future emasculates today, leaving it dry and lifeless.

Stay warm KK! - sounds like you have a great weekend planned ( i can't wait to see the bday pix).  Today?  took my daughter to swim at 4am (did manage to go back to bed this time though!)  going into work early, meeting a dear friend for lunch, going to do the elliptical at home, so i don't have to go to the gym!  Tomorrow and Sunday Sarah has a swim meet both days, so that will pretty much take over the weekend.  love to all, STAY WARM!  Lys

Good morning everyone! Reading your list exhausted me Kat. LOL. Kat I am so glad Kayla was ok. I would have freaked out too! Today is my day off so I was planning on cleaning but my wonderful hubby went and shampooed all my carpets and cleaned up. So all I have to is bathrooms, kitchen and laundry. I love my short to do list.

I do plan on going to see Alex at school for lunch today. I drop him off and pick him up too. My sisters coming over after she gets out of work.

I am still sooo sick. Life really has had me down lately, but that is changing. I was loosing faith but just as that was happening he showed me that he is there for me. My financial problems are getting a little better AND I weighed myself today. I weigh 299.0! Yes under that 300 mark that I will never see again. I had been stuck at 301.6 for almost a week. So now I am down 121 pounds. Yippee!

Hope everyone has a great day and weekend!

Keep up the great work Brooke!!!!  Remember that with the weight loss your hormones go wacky & the depression factor kicks in.  Completely normal.
