I just had a wow moment !!  I have not weighed under 260 in years!!

I have been truly bless with the Sleeve surgery.  Surgery went very easily and could have gone back to work a week out.

I have numerous friends that have had RNY and banding.   Delayed WLS after hearing alot of the issues they have had.

Drinking and eating based on the NUT recommended scheduling is working  great.  It is absolutely true I do not crave food.  Still do have moments of memory head hunger.  2 bites it goes away.   Swallowing/Drinking fluids has been a breeze.   Finally found 2 brands of protein drinks I can live with.  I can eat a great variety of healthy foods. Most of my friends years out from their surgeries cannot get over how issue free my journey has been.

Only issue Soy Sause and I do not agree.   Never understood foamies.  I do now.     Just a reminder to stick to the program and not take this gift for granted.

I recommend for newbies to look into the  Sleeve.   My doctor says that he is seeing far less issues with the Sleeve.    Just keep in mind that insurance companies are just starting to pay for this surgery.  Alot of companies are coming around now.  it was worth the wait.   I feel great.  !!
