Hi kids--

Haven't been by here in a while (although I have seen a bunch of you at my main home of Facebook). Hope all is well!

I am leaving for Belize Thursday (pics to follow for the Facebook people) but am going to be back next Tuesday. It's been a while since we did a 757 lunch. Anyone up for one toward the end of next week? Sounds like some people could use some pepping up and I would be glad to do what I can.

Yes. Come find me. I am going to have my laptop and plan to add from the beach, I also have way more pics of me as I drop there. I just know more people on Facebook.

Btw that ticker is acutally outdated. I have dropped 211 total. My dr told me at my last appt that my BMI (which is 24) is less than his.

I am hoping to head down to VA Beach in February for a day or two and also to set up something in Williamsburg when I come down there to go to the outlet malls. If you can't make it up here sometime then maybe when we are down that way! Are you running the Monument Ave 10K? I may be volunteering at that since I can't run it. My company is a sponsor.
