I taught my FIRS****er Fitness class featuring Zumba Gold today!
Amazingly there were almost 50 people there to take the class; what support! I did pretty well, only a few flubs, but everyone had a great time and moved , which is what counted.
Have to go practice to teach that class again on Wednesday, as well as a Chair Zumba class exclusively for some patients that are morbidly obese and working their was up to an exercise regime! Wish me luck!
