What is a tip you can share with us for keeping on track with healthy eating habits?
Mine is doing a chore! For example this am I purposely folded up laundry and put it away to avoid drinking so closely after eating my oatmeal. It took me 20 minutes to fold everything, get them either hung up or put away in drawers. It then took me another couple of minutes to make my cuppa & grab my am vitamins. So, I used my time wisely to get a chore done AND avoid eating and drinking together.

My tip is....
I use the time I eat breakfast to determine what other times during the day I will eat. I set my alarm on my cell phone for ever 2 1/2 hrs after the time I eat my breakfast to remind me that it is time to eat again. It really helps especially with me going to school. I also have my cell phone alarm set to go off at the same time every day of the week to remind me to take my multi vitamins and my calcium.
The vits I got down! I'm digging the setting the cell as a reminder. I use it for my alarm so why not for eating as well. Thanks!

This is an AWESOME post! I honestly do not know what I do other than mentally tell myself that all drinking will do is wash my nutrients out of my system before I get any or the full amount out of them and then I will be hungrier sooner and gain weight! I do not really have a stragety. If in a resturant I usually do not order anything...even water. If it is not there then I am not tempted!
I use the alarm on my cell phone for everything imaginable! I also use my microsoft calendar at work to remind me of things as well.
