Thanks to everyone *****sponded to my post about coming back to a safe place. Welcome home, indeed! I felt relief at reaching out again and I just keep reminding myself that I am human and that means I am NOT perfect. Oh, how I want to be, but look at the price I pay when that happens... isolation is not worth the illusion of perfection, right?

So thank you for the support, caring, love and friendship. I am putting it all to good use, I promise.

Regain over next 3.5 years to a high of: 166 lbs
Current weight: 135.8 lbs and heading back to 130 lbs!!
