What Are YOU Doing To Move Today???

Good Morning.....

What a day already.  I cannot believe that it's Saturday and I have so much to do.  But, I'll explain that later.

Anyways....I've been asked why I post on a daily basis this thread.  Some have suggested that it's me bragging about what I can do, while making other feel badly about what they cannot do.

Let me start by saying that that has never been the intention of this thread and it will never be the intention.

The point of this daily thread is to remind you that be physically active (of some sort) is important.  Our tool will only take us so far before we have to take over.  Establishing good habits in the begininning will help you maintain your loss.  Part of those good habits is.....physical activity.

Plus, to daily recommit to your keeps you in the forfront.  They say that if you write it down, you will do it.  So...look at this thread as part of your daily "To-Do list".  If you come and say that you are going to do such and such...well...you have to do it.

So, take the challenge to daily recommit to yourself.

What are YOU doing to move today???

Me?  Well..the Beastmaster tore me up yesterday (ok...I say that with love.  She's my personal trainer).  So, body is a bit tight today.  But....the calendar says that today is a run/walk.  I'm just debating on whether I want to brave the cold or stay on the treadmill (I suspect that with all that I have to do today that the treadmill will win).
