Hi Tammy, I am doing pretty good, My Dr. has cleared me to do all things again. I am having a hard time getting pass 11/2 miles on my treadmill though. I have a weight machine here at the house I am working on to. As for my eating, I have been able to handle everything i have tried. I haven't tried carbs or sugars and I don't want to! I am to afraid of what it will do to me. LOL
I am very happy for you and your family, I have my 11th grandchild on the way from my fourth child and this is their first! Babies are such a blessing!

I am glad that you are doing so well. I think of you often and what you had to go thru to get here and I am proud of the progress you have made thus far. STAY AWAY FROM THE CARBS AND SUGAR! You are correct in not wanting to try them! Yes, babies are a true blessing. Congrats on your 11th! I would have never guessed!
