Adding to the messages here I'd like to say that I'm nearing 6 years post-op at the end of the month. Speaking from experience vitamins are EXTREMELY important. Having follows up yearly for labs/in general are MUSTS. Turn your fear into determination. NOW! All best & please check in with us and let us know how you are doing.

I ask the same....are you taking your vitamins?  Have you gone to the doc to have your B12 checked?  You may be dangerously low.

Good Luck!

At the risk of sounding like I am "beating a dead horse" -- supplements (vitamins) are incredibly important...you need to get back to taking them.  Yeah, it can be a pain in the neck to keep up with them, but we are talking your health here.  Nothing to mess around with.

Check with your PCP or surgeon, get your labs done.  It is so important to know what is going on with your body.

I live in Stafford, too, and attend Jackie's and Sue's support group.  We'd love to see you there.  The two of them are a wonderful resource and are a tremendous support for all of us!

Best of luck to you.
