Have fun.
Feeling stressed or depressed about something? Give yourself permission to lighten up and have some fun. Feelings of frustration, stress, loneliness, gloominess, or discouragement are not permanent conditions. All feelings pass.
Why not willfully put aside some of your woes today and look at the lighter side of life? Find something to laugh about. Play. Watch an old movie you love. Remember, life is too short to be serious all the time.
Action for the day: Right now, write yourself a permission slip to play. Decorate it and post it in a visible place. Then, use it.
