Question - help needed
Okay first & foremost I know we are not doctors & can't give a professional opinion but I do want to know of anyone's experience. I will also be calling my surgeon's office/nut. on Monday to check with them.
Confession: I am a smoker & have been since before surgery and within 2 months of having surgery. One of my goals for the New Year is to work on my smoking addiction. I am terrified of the weight gain possibility but working on the few pounds I have already gained is also one of my goals so hopefully I will be conteracting the possibility.
I am thinking of taking Chantix. I have heard of others (non surgery people) who have had great luck with it & some who have had a horrible time due to side affects. Anyone who is post WLS used Chantix? What was your experience? Is it safe for our pouches? Thanks for your input.
I don't really know anything about Chantix, but wanted to wish you lots of support!
