Happy New Year everyone! I hope that 2009 is the best year for you ever and may you all reach your goals for health and happiness! :)

I am ringing in 2009 with a really exciting announcement! I weighed in at 175lbs this morning! I reached my goal today. WOOHOO! I'm super excited and plan on continuing on as much as my body allows until it adjusts to the new me. Nate and I are super excited about what this new year will hold for us and I'm so thankful for the last year of my life. WOOHOO!

GET OUT THERE AND REACH FOR YOUR DREAMS - IT CAN AND WILL HAPPEN!
