One New years eve almost 3 months post op....

I must reflect on the past 3 months and I can't believe where I am now...Currently crossing my legs at the KNEE and wearing size 16 jeans!!! I also began a part time (seasonal) job at 3 weeks post op. I went for an interview 10 days out of surgery...crazy I know, but it has all worked out and my kids had a christmas that may not have happened if I hadn't gone and gotten a job.

I worked for the first time in 10 years and loved it. I feel so productive and proud that I provided my family with a happy christmas. so as my seasonal employment comes to an end I applied for full time work. and I have a second interview and some testing on Tuesday. If hired I will be making twice what I made at my seasonal job per hour.

I feel so blessed and greatful that I have enough energy to keep up with a 40 hour work week now thanks to my 70lbs. weight loss :)

And i'm also greatful for my OH friends who are also there for me when I have a question or need information on new vitamins...I'm loving the celebrate vitamins and calcium citrate that are made just for bariatric surgery patients.

And I must say I'm also greatful that my resolution this year WILL NOT be the try the latest fad diet:)

Don't you just LOVE what your resolution will NOT be this year?  I am so happy for you and you have come so far.  You have many more moments to come...and I know working and providing for your family is probably the best one.  Congratulations!
