Help my hair still hasn't grown back in!
I think it is important to note that I started with the hair/skin/nails vitamin before I had any hair loss because I knew of the possible situation. I wanted to do whatever I could to possibly ward it off and, like you said. worst case scenario...I would have better nails and smoother skin! Thankfully, for me, either that or the proper levels of protein have done their job. I am not sure which!
