What's up Virginia? Hi ya'll
Hey, just wanted to do a little intro. I've been lurking on this site for a few months gathering lots of information (thank you!). To make a long story short, I'm having surgery January 6. If you check out my profile you can find out more about me. I live in the Hampton Roads area, I've actually lived here my entire life! I haven't ventured far. As a matter of fact, I just took my first airplane ride about 2 years ago, which I was very nervous about, if that gives you any indication of how I'm feeling now. Tommygirl has graciously offered to be my angel

Well, that's all for now. Sorry my avatar is so lame but I haven't had the time to figure out how to shrink anything appropriately so that OH will accept it.

Hello, Tammy, and welcome to the Board!
Congratulations on being so close to having the surgery...and you are in great hands with Tommygirl! She'll be a wonderful angel for you.
For shrinking your picture for your avatar: Go to http://www.shrinkpictures.com/create-avatar/ and upload a picture. Where it says size, put 100 instead of the default 200 that is in there. Save it to your desktop or in your pictures folder. Then go to your settings under the MyOH tab, go to avatar and upload the one you saved and you should be set. Good luck!

Hi Tammy & welcome to the boards officially! :) Surgery is right around the corner. Betty will be a terrific angel! I remember my first airplane ride. It was on my 21st birthday in Cape Hatteras. Haven't done it since (no desire honestly) but it was really beautiful.
