Sorry you have had a rough time lately between putting the dog to sleep and your mother. I am glad you got through it though. I am soooo glad to see you posting again. I know you must be going crazy not being able to exercise. Welcome back and hope you can stay!

It was tough, but for the best. I'm glad to be back and with a whole new experience in my life to learn from.
Definately ready to get back to my exercise...in fact, I plan to hit the treadmill today.

Anyways....I'm already signed up for the 8K and in the process of registering for the 10K. Since not being able to exercise, I know it'll be a bit on the slow side, but who cares.....the goal is to always FINISH!
