I'm Baaaaccckkk!!!
Hey everybody!! I am back from my Semester at Sea around the world adventure. It was amazing and I hope that everyone was able to follow my blog. I tried to keep up with you all by lurking on a somewhat daily basis.
I maintained my weight loss while on the ship. It was hard though. We were only served three meals a day and they mostly consisted of carbs, carbs, and more carbs. Rice, potatoes, breads, and gravies on all of the meats. I concentrated and made the best choices that I could given the cir****tances, as well as still be able to work out everyday.
It's good to be back home and back in my routine with the foods that I want to choose from.
