IT'S TOTALLY TUESDAY YA'LL!

Good am,

How are ya'll doing?
Good I hope. How was your Monday? Ours was jam packed and then some. For all the laziness I wanted to be that didn't work out (which is a good thing). I have to say there is something about a shower ALONE that gets your day off to a good start. Lil' Miss Nora thinks for sure she will miss something if she doesn't get in with me! I got Kayla up later than normal but it worked out well. This is the last week before Winter Break here and then they are off until 5th Jan.

I got in some phone calls which now I'm waiting for call backs, got several To Do List items completed and chores (dusted under and above everything else I didn't get to this weekend). I sneezed all am/pm and hope that clears up. Something is going around with everyone it seems. The pm was a bit different in that there were some behavioral issues. I know this is part of Kayla's ongoing treatments but let's be serious it was one of those "you are grounded from TV, computer, DS, Leapster and play time. She ended up reading a couple books, doing her homework and spending a lot of time in her room. Whew doggies I was done by the end of the pm. Got them into bed and I conked out myself.

What's on the books for your Tuesday? Its a rainy day here which works too. I've got several things I need to work on today. Going to get K off to school then focus on some Cmas items. Mid morning Nora & I are taking a friend to an appointment then back home for Nora to grab a nap (I pray it so) while I get some "me" time (chores lol). In the pm, its assessing Kayla's day/attitude and hoping she's in better spirits today. In the pm, we're going to focus on homework and reading then hopefully watch House and relax. I hope everyone enjoys their Tuesday greatly.

***I am loving all the great Cmas greeting cards I've gotten so far and wanted to say thanks again to everyone who are participating. :) Its been more of a pleasure to get the mail from the box knowing there are sweet notes in there.

Morning Beautiful!  Glad to hear that you had a good day for the most part.  My Monday was pretty good.  Work was a bit crazy but then I headed home for a quiet evening at home.  Fixed dinner, wrapped presents, and finished up my Christmas Cards so that I can get them out in the mail.  Not sure what is in plan for tonight.  Got a few errands that need to be done but I am a bit draggy.  I need some me time & a nail appointment so perhaps that will be in store for tonight.  Hope you have a great one!  Love you much.

Hope work isn't as crazy today. Its rainy here and is supposed to be for most of the day. I welcome it because it makes me slow down some. Hope you get all the things you wish accomplished today. Enjoy your nail appointment. Sounds nice. Love you!

Good rainy Tuesday morning beautiful!  Glad Monday was productive for you and sorry Kayla was being moody.  I have been dealing with some of the same lately.  Kara is having those teenage moments more and more frequently.

Yesterday was a mixed bag.  I had a fabulous day at work...both jobs.  All went well and nice and smooth.  I got home about 6:30 or so and dropped the papers off for Steve and grabbed Kara to go and visit my dad.  We spent about 2 hours with him.  He is in really good spirits and I know he really enjoyed the visit.  We talked, laughed, watched tv, ate some graham crackers and vegged.  After that it was home to finish the paperwork, get Kara a late dinner and get in the bed.  I made it there at almost 11.  I got Steve up at 1 and promptly fell into a deep sleep.

When I woke up this morning it was raining so nicely.  I have mixed feelings about it today...I hate that Steve has to be out in it overnight and that my dad could not crack his window and enjoy the sounds as well but I heart that I actually got to hear it.  I always sleep better when I can.  I did not want to get out of the bed and did sleep in an extra 15 minutes.  I got up and did my normal thing and took care of all of the animals (what will they do when I am in the hospital...cuz I am the only one to take care of them!) and got Kara up to get ready.  Now I am at wor****il 5 then I will be going back to the hospital for the evening to stay with my dad.  They take him down for prep at 6:15 tomorrow morning!

Love you much!

Hey Tammy,

I am understanding to a degree because of what K is going through but honestly I'm not buying it 100%. She was grounded from EVERYTHING except reading last pm. Today she's already grounded from her DS. Sigh. I need to message you in a bit. Hope you have a nice day! Love ya.

Good morning sunshine, yesterday was such a beautiful day, I really enjoyed the warmth of the sunshine considering I was in 20 degrees weather last week in Pa. I did my workout then came home and watched hubby wash our car and truck. I hung some garland around the door and hung my wreath up. Made some lunch and ate outside and took my Christmas cards out and address them in the warm sunshine. Grandkids came home in a good mood so we went back outside and played in the back yard till it got dark. Fixed dinner then watched the tv for awhile and hit the bed around 9.

Today Tuesday, I am going to the gym then come home and get some cleaning done. I need to call a few folks today and check in on them then get some of this house cleaned. being away for 3 weeks the dust builds up. You have a good day and I hope that Kayla is in a better mood for you today and night.
Love and Prayers being sent your way.

Kayla is in a better mood this pm. THANKFULLY! Glad you've had good days and gotten things accomplished. Dust!!! Ugh! Don't I know it! I'm all congested from stirring it up.

Happy Tuesday to everyone...
Love the new design to OH website! The posts are easier to read, for one.
This morning I, too woke up to rain. Well needed. The rain did not keep me inside.
First stop was my favorite coffee spot..for a cuppa. Then it was off to my place of work on getting back to work. Completed a form and dropped it off at my surgeon's office for hime to sign.  The surgeon is on vacation, which means a delay in getting back to work. One more week to enjoy before heading back. Stopped at Walmart and the mall before heading home. Driving is such a treat.
With aching knee, I took meds and iced it as I laid on the couch to watch Dr. Phil. He gave away tons of stuff today to well needed people.
Cleaned up the house some and made dinner.
   Peace to all,
   Cindy
