Letter of Medical Necessity sent to insurance company!

Just wanted everyone one to know my letter of medical necessity has been sent by my cardiologist/ endocrinologist for a revision to a DS from a failed RNY. Everyone please say a prayer for me in hopes they say yes!

I was wondering the same thing. When is it that a RNY can be classified as a failed procedure. Just interested so if ya find out, let me know, lol!

Who are you looking to go to for your revision to DS? Elariny (fair warning: he's out-of-network for ALL DS surgeries)? Schweitzer? Down in NC (though I'm not sure if they do revisions down there)? Or are you thinking of travelling further?
