Had my 6 month post-op appointment today.

I am down 117lbs (my scale in the morning, nude) and byt their scale I am down 111 lbs (with clothes on in the afternoon) since surgery!! My labs look wonderful and he said he can tell I am religous in taking my vitamins and protien. I am still not taking iron supplements and my iron in still in good range. He said I am doing well with my weightloss. It was one of the new surgeons they have in the office, I gues halmi and Tran were in surgery. He wants me back in 3 months with labs.

That's an awesome weight loss Congrats. on your weight loss , glad your labs were good also.

I will be taking them next week!! I will be 6 months on the 17th. THanks!!! I sure do feel like a new person. I lost a whole person with a total of 155lbs overall. Last year I would not be able to do what I did today at the nutcracker perfromance.
