Good am,

How are ya'll doing? How's your weekend been? Ours has been jam packed and has had some trying moments but overall we are blessed and we need to pay more attention to those instead of the rougher things that have been happening in our lives lately. I had a rough pm. I could get to sleep. I was so dang restless. But, just after midnight I finally conked out. Tossed and turned some but I did get rest. We ventured out yesterday to get Mom's meds and the $ was a shocker but we got them and she's on her way to feeling better. We played SORRY, cleaned house and in the pm enjoyed some flurries! That was fun. We really enjoyed it. You wouldn't know it this am but it was just beautiful.

The sun is bright and we're going to have an a good day. We have so many blessings and we need to pay them more attention than the rough spots. I hope everyone has a GREAT Sunday! Not much on the books. Enjoying this day, the buggas & our blessings. Hugs and love to all!

You know how mine has been and yes the $ for the meds was a shock and I hope to not have that again. But like you said I am on the road. I want to thank you for everything you have done and for being there for me, at the hospital and at home. We will play the day as it goes and I am almost finish with catching up on school work. Taking pic in the snow was fun and I got to enjoy it with you guys.

Good afternoon, beautiful!  I am just popping on here for a bit...have a ton of stuff still to do but will get there in time.  I worked ALL DAY yesterday...what was supposed to be a couple of hours turned out to be 9 of em...and I had only gotten two hours of sleep!  After work I ventured out to Stoney Point Mall to meet a friend and had a blast.  Came home and grabbed about an hour and a half of sleep before heading to work.  That went pretty smoothly...they were there at a nice time!... and Kara and I got home about 5:30.  Steve and Adam were shortly behind us.  I got up a little after 8...just couldn't sleep...and started the laundry and loaded the dishwasher.  Went and grabbed the returns and walked around Va Center Commons and just about finished my shopping.  All that is left now to buy for is my dad!  Steve and I can probably finish that this week if the money is good tomorrow.  I just got home and am snacking on a banana...trying to keep my potassium up!  I am about to finish the billing for tomorrow morning and  do some more laundry and then honestly I am going to take some tylenol PM and hopefully crash hard and early.  I have a killer migraine and am still tired from this weekend.  Tomorrow is Kara's 14th birthday (gosh...time flies!) so we have a busy day planned.  I am only working a couple of hours as to be able to finish the billing early and spend the evening with her.  We are going out to dinner.  She did not want a party this year...so I gave her the money instead.  She is estatic about that!  Hope all is well with you...Steve and I greatly enjoyed the snow flurries, too.  We were walking around the mall in them!  Talk to you soon....

It's been a busy weekend but a good weekend.  I am glad it is Sunday night. 

Looks like I have another busy week ahead with something everynight until Friday.  Certainly won't be boring.

Happy Sunday to all!!!
  Today began with attending Mass. With not driving, I was unable to attend as regularly as I like. After church, had breakfast out and stopped at the store to buy a wreath and some cards. I am not through with Christmas shopping as my list was limited this year. Just have some wrapping and mailing to do. At home, I managed to get some decorations up, as best I can. Read the paper and worked on some Christmas cards.
    Last night my neighborhood had a Holiday Party. The party was nice and was great to see neighbors. Some neighbors I only see at the get together. Soon, one neighbor will welcome a new baby in to their home. A family who moved in to the  neighborhood, also came to the party. It was nice to meet them.
  Smoothing the rough spots in our lives creates smooth stones..enjoy those smooth stones.
