THANK GOODNESS IT'S FRIDAY YA'LL!
Good am,
How are ya'll doing? Good I hope. How was your Thursday? Ours was certainly jam packed. The am started off with questions more than answers. We had K's treatment in the city and it took a lot longer than expected. We were there from 8ish am until noon time. We got home and I got them settled and worked on my To Do List. My focus shifted to Mom soon after. There are yet more questions and still no definitive answers. Dad relieved me so I could go to the hospital to see Mom. It was a good visit until she bottomed out. Sparing the details for her privacy she is definitely being watched more closely. At this point, we're still left with little to go on. I'm keeping in very close contact with the staff/doc/nurses and when I have answers I'll pass them along. I traded places with Dad so he could see her for a few minutes once they got her stable again. He came home as she was out and there was no reason to just sit there. Thankfully she's resting comfortably and I'll know more here in a bit.
What's on the books for your Friday and weekend? Mine is hour to hour sincerely. I'm going to be homebound today. Kayla is not going to school as she is feeling rotten and I'm going to be next to the phone to be Dad's "ears" with Mom. He's going to work since that is how he & I handle worry and stress. I'll be keeping busy and so will he. Otherwise, any plans we did have are up in the air. Regardless of the trials and tribulations a family might face they are who we have. Keep your family AND friends close.
I sincerely hope everyone has a great weekend!
***Dad & I have spoken with Mom and she is doing a litte better since last pm. She's seen her doc this am and is in for another round of tests and we have some answers but still a lot of questions. Thanks for the continued thoughts & prayers. They are very important. I promise to keep everyone posted. Thanks :) ***

Thankful for the easy, grateful for the hard & hopeful for tomorrow.
Thursday was pretty darn good. Work was ok...a lot better than Wednesday...and I left on time and came home to just Steve and Kara here. Dad was with mom somewhere...but I really enjoyed the time with "just us". We settled in for dinner and popped in the movie Step Brothers. Extremely funny...but not for younger eyes at all! Dad came home just at the end and we watched Little House on the Prarrie (the movie from Disney) after that. Steve crashed on the sofa and I curled up on his lap and then Kara on my lap and of course then the doggies decided to join in. I wish I could have gotten a picture...it was hilarious! We all finally got in the real bed about 10 and were out for the night...or until I had to get Steve up...then I was back out like a light,
On the books for today is much of the same. I will be working until 5 and then I have a very quick errand after then home and no big plans. I am here if you need me to watch the buggas...just let me know.
As fot the weekend...I start a small part time job at a kids play zone tomorrow morning. I don't think I will be there long since they informed me that construction was not yet finished but I have to go in none the less. The kids and I will do papers then home to get a couple hours of rest before that. I have a coffee date with a friend and her daughter tomorrow night and to see some "snow". After that it is home to rest for papers on Sunday. Sunday brings some rest, picking up returns and hopefully a visit with friends to Bass Pro Shop. I need to get the last of my shopping done and we want to visit Santa's Village, too.
Lots of prayers are being said and will continue as long as needed....
Love you much!

Yesterday was pretty busy here. Was up and at the gym early, then off to work, got to leave a little bit early to go pick up my new glasses, then went to get the girlies. We had a great dinner & actually fed several of the boys too. Morgan & I ran to the dollar store for a few things. Saturday is Mackenzie's 13th bday so we are trying to get some plans done to celebrate.
Today is work and then who knows. The hubby & I have the weekend together. We may do some more shopping, I think I will hit the local Christmas parade, Sunday is a baby shower for one of my sisters. Hope you have a great weekend. Love you much!!

Yesterday was a busy day. Did a little cleaning, laundry and then off to Alex's school field trip to the swift creek playhouse to see Polar Bear Express. It was my first time there and I have to say we will surely be going back. It was awesome. We really enjoyed it. Then we went to boy scouts and made some cards for Ann's boys as a service project.
Today Alex serves his in school detention. I am feeling so sad, but know he has to take his punishment. Then we will take him to the Dr to discuss or next course of action. I hope we can find something that helps. After the Dr we are coming home and just enjoying an evening at home.
Hope everyone has a great day
